  • Every purchaser of a Lot in the Ferngrove Estate that is settled before St Valentines Day, 14 February 2011, is automatically eligible to enter this competition.
  • The closing date for the Lottery is the last business day before 14 February 2011, ie. Friday, 11 February 2011.
  • The first and only prize is a Toyota Corolla Ascent 1.8 Litre Petrol Manual Hatchback vehicle valued at $24,700.00 All on road costs are included in the prize with the exception of comprehensive insurance. Delivery of the car must take place in Ballina.
  • The draw will take place at 12 noon, 12 February 2011, at the Sales Office of Rayshield Pty Ltd, the developers of Femgrove Estate, which is situated at Lot 12, 1 Wisteria Street, Ballina, NSW, 2478.
  • The prize will be awarded by drawing one Lot number from a barrel, the details of which will be scrutinized by an independent person who is not a Director, partner, employee, contractor, etc, of Rayshield Pty Ltd.
  • The prize winner will be announced on the day and the winner will be notified by telephone and mail and by a public notice in the Northern Star Newspaper.
